I am a Reiki master teacher and public speaker based in Northwest Pennsylvania.
I consciously began on my path in the mid 1990s when my youngest son and his friends were reading things I didn't know about or understand, which caused me some concern. Instead of telling him that he shouldn't be dabbling in such things, I decided to look into it myself. To my surprise, they opened my mind, opened my heart, and changed my life...
Reading those initial books (such as the Conversations With God series), I started seeing life, death, and health in a different way. I have since taken classes on massage, mediumship, healing with rocks and gems, using natural plants for healing and nutrition, automatic writing, therapeutic touch, and much more.
My main focus is Reiki. I became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2001, and joined the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP) in 2003. Reiki helps relieve stress, manage pain, induce relaxation, enhance the effects of medication, and has many other benefits.
Reiki is also very helpful to people at the end of their life's journey. Through my work with a local hospice, I'm called to administer Reiki to patients who are actively dying, to help them relax and be at peace... a very rewarding endeavor. Through this work -- as well as my experiences with friends and relatives who have crossed over -- I feel I've reached an understanding of how things can be improved with regard to helping people cross over, and assisting their loved ones to have a more sacred, comfortable, and fulfilling experience.
I love helping people in any way I can. With the Reiki, I can help by giving therapy, giving talks, or teaching people to become Reiki practitioners.
